Training Within Industry
A few years ago I while studying lean production I came across this quirky black and white training video made for the War Manpower Commission, by the United States Office of Education. It immediately took me back to my foundations in teaching at the Marine Corps Water Survival Instructor Instructor School, including the part about ensuring the trainees understood the reasons why for each key part of the training they were receiving.
